GoCart Mobility for Car Rentals

  1. Garage to Garage – Kms & hours start from garage location and end there
  2. Extras – Parking, tolls & taxes billed as per actuals
  3. Free Cancellation – Only if cancelled 72 hours before reporting time
  4. In case of cancellation from our end due to unforeseen circumstances, the full advance will be refunded
  5. A small team from our side may be present for social media coverage
  6. All matters are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction
  7. TDS, if applicable, may be deducted @2% on the gross amount under Section 194C (contracts)
  8. 100% advance (including GST) required for vehicle confirmation
  9. Any damages during the rental period will be billed to you, including repair costs, transportation, and rental fees for the repair duration

GoCart Mobility for Golf Cart Rentals

  1. A fully charged golf cart provides approx. 50 km & 75 Kms on flat terrain. Exceeding this requires 4-5 hours to recharge
  2.  230V (15A) single-phase and 440V (32A) three-phase power connections for Cart charging to be provided on-site from your side
  3. Covered parking area for Carts to be provided at Venue from your side
  4. Each cart booking mentioned above includes a 8-hour shift. Additional time will be charged at per cart, per hour
  5. Golf carts are for passengers only; cannot be used for luggage or other material
  6. Golf carts are for designated drivers only; unauthorized use is prohibited
  7. Decoration or branding or stickering on the golf cart is not permitted
  8. Golf carts must not be used in rain, thunderstorms, or on waterlogged roads, as they should be kept dry at all times
  9. In case of cancellation from our end due to unforeseen circumstances, the full advance will be refunded
  10. In case of cancellation from your end, the advance amount will be non-refundable
  11. A small team from our side may be present for social media coverage
